We apologise if you are having any issues scheduling an appointment online. If you are running into issues, please call 1300 389 389 and we can book your appointment for you manually.

If your appointment address is within 25 minutes of driving from Sydney CBD, there is no additional fee. If you’re further than this, an additional fee may apply depending on the travel time to cover travel costs and nursing time. Please get in touch with us to find out if a fee applies, if you’re located further away. For group bookings, we may waive any additional travel fee depending on how many group members there are. If you have any questions regarding possible travel fees, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

To streamline our booking process, we have changed to placeholder bookings. This makes it easy for you to quickly schedule a treatment and makes it easier for those who are new to IV Nutrient Therapy. You can nominate your preferred treatment by letting us know what treatment you would like in the appointment notes — there is a section for this in the booking system. If you don’t know what is right for you, our Registered Nurse will be more than happy to design the perfect infusion on the day of your appointment.

The duration of the procedure may vary depending on the specific IV drip solution and individual needs. On average, it typically takes around 30 to 60 minutes for the infusion itself, with our pre-treatment assessment at your first appointment taking around 15 minutes. Our drips containing NAD+ may take longer. We recommend allowing for at least 60 minutes for your first appointment. During this time, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the revitalising effects of the IV therapy.

Absolutely! We're all about personalised wellness. If you want to add extra nutrients to your IV Drip, simply let our Registered Nurse know during your appointment, or put it in your appointment notes when booking. If you’re new to our service, you can also specify this in the intake form that we text and email a link to after your booking. Our nurses will be more than happy to customise your infusion to meet your specific needs and preferences.

95% of the time, we are able to secure free street parking. However, for bookings in the CBD, this can be difficult during busy hours. If we need to use paid parking, we have to pass this cost on to you so that we can sustainably offer a mobile service.

We ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice or more if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For cancellations/rescheduling made within less than 24 hours, you may forfeit your deposit. For group participants who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, $50 per group participant may be deducted from the deposit.

Yes. We are unable to treat people under 18 years of age.

Pre-treatment information is included in the intake form that you will be sent once you make a booking request.

We accept card payments and carry a card reader with tap and chip reading capability to our mobile appointments. We can also key in your credit/debit card information if needed. We accept cash payment but don’t carry change, so please have an exact amount ready for your treatment if you wish to pay cash.

As you can imagine, sending a registered nurse to your location for treatment involves travel time, clinical setup, and other associated costs.
For this reason, we require a minimum spend of $450 for all mobile IV services. This amount does not include any applicable travel fees or doctor prescribing fees, which may apply depending on your location and treatment. -
Yes! We are currently working on launching gift certificates on our website. In the meantime, call or text us and we can arrange gift certificates.
